What is a coliving?

``Co-Living`` is a new way of living in big cities. In our spaces there are common areas designed to be shared by members of our community and also private rooms to rest or work without distractions.

Is it a coliving for me?

Whether you have just arrived in Madrid or you are already familiar with the city, our coliving rooms give you the opportunity to live in a place with all the comforts while work and meet people with your same interests. There is no age limit, here you will live experiences that you will remember for a lifetime.

What’s the difference between a coliving and a shared apartment?

We could summarize it in several points:

– Flexibility: You do not have to sign a contract with a landlord that forces you to stay one year, and you do not depend on the rest of the tenants.

– All inclusive: You will not have to go through the hassle of setting up internet, change the lightbulbs, hire a cleaning staff… You have everything included.

– Community: Our tenants are part of the Coolivers community. They will be able to participate in events, network with the rest of the members and will have special discounts on various services.

– Guest manager: You will have a person in charge of your coliving always at your disposal.

What's included in the price?

Our rates include a fully equipped private room, electricity, water and gas supply, high speed Internet, cleaning of common areas, community events and a 24/7 guest manager. You will also have the option of having various optional services. All in a single monthly payment.

Do I have to pay a deposit or bond upon entering?

To guarantee a good use of our facilities, a deposit of 500 Euros will be required, which will be refunded at the end of the stay.
We will not ask you for pay slips, guarantees or endorsement.

What if we want to move in with my partner?

If the room is double, you can share it at an additional cost.

What if we want to move several friends?

Of course you can! Whenever we have availability we will reserve adjoining rooms for you.

Can I bring my pet?

Although we love animals, out of respect for the rest of Coolivers we cannot accept pets in our facilities.

Where are your coliving?

We have located all our coliving in Madrid, although we work to grow the Coolivers community around the world.


How often will common areas be cleaned?

Our cleaning and maintenance team will go to the coliving once or twice a week.

Can I request a cleaning service for my room?

Depending on the coliving, the room cleaning service will be included in the price or will have an additional cost. Additionally we have an optional service to change sheets and towels once a week.

What if I have an emergency?

You will always have a guest manager at your disposal who will help you with everything you need.

What can I do in the Coolivers app?

You can manage your payments, report incidents, give access to guests, communicate with the rest of Coolivers and much more!
